(V) Baked Tomato Soup 
(Vine tomatoes slowly roasted with onions and basil to concentrate there flavour, pureed and enriched with fresh cream)

(V) Beetroot & Goats Cheese Salad
(Caramelised goats cheese served with a crispy mixture of leafs and beetroot finished with walnut dressing)

Gambas Cocktail
(The ultimate prawn cocktail simply prawns poached in a vegetable Nage and simply served with a marie-rose sauce on a bed on lettuce)

Mains
Roasted Rib-Eye of Beef cooked to your liking and served with triple cooked chips 

Fillet of Cod baked with Chorizo and served with French Lentils  

(V) Paella with Broad Beans Roasted Red Peppers and Spring Vegetables 

Roasted Chicken Breast marinated in Cumin and Sumac and served with cucumber and walnut Salad finished with fresh lemon and minted potatoes

Desserts 
Crème Catalan with Passion Fruit and Orange

Chocolate Brownie with pistachio and thick cream

Manchego Cheese with Quince Jelly
